2021.10.17 17:56 SuperAwesomeGuy69 2013 Subaru WRX, where is the oil leak coming from?
Engine rebuilt about 15k miles ago; New seals, gaskets, the works. Started leaking in the rear recently. Pulled the engine but can't figure out exactly where it's coming from. I'm thinking rear separator plate, main seal, or oil pan gasket. Suggestions?

2021.10.17 17:56 kuyikuy81 Any herald here searching for teammates to get out of this pit?
First of all, sorry if this is not the sub adequate to post this. I will kindly remove it and post it elsewhere you told me so in that case.
I've been playing dota since 2016 approximately, with intervals leaving the game and returning, and after returning from a major break of at least 2 years, and having to create a new account, I've played over 300 hours additional to the thousand and so I had in my old account, and even then I managed to calibrate at guardian I (750 MMR aprox) and spiral down into this oblivion hell that herald I is (literally 10 MMR currently).
I know I'm not the best player, and if I were better I'd probably get out of this without so much issues as I'm having, but when in LITERALLY EVERY game there's either a feeder, supports that play as carry and so much toxicity that could just be easily called as a digital expansion of Chernobyl's radiation, it's so hard to even maintain the will sometimes to keep playing this game for long enough to climb by divine miracle.
And so, I'd like to find people willing to really play the game and not just feed minute 00 just because somebody else didn't want to choose the hero you wanted him to pick (like seriously wtf).
I don't matter about your skill level or MMR (like even if I could being currently at 10 MMR lol), the only thing that matters to me is that you're ACTUALLY trying to win until the end of each match.
I play in Us West, East and Peru (this one being mostly by having the better ping for me and finding games faster, but I'd like to really stay away from it as long as possible) and could even play in Eu east though it'd be kind of hard mostly because of time zone issues.

2021.10.17 17:56 FliesForLunch Converting a Pygame project into an executable using Pyinstaller
This is my first time posting, so I'm sorry if I miss out on some details. I've been working on a Pygame project, in which I have separated the code written for each level into different .py files (level1.py, level2.py...).
I've used the subprocess module to connect the different levels, so for example, I've used:
sys.exit(0) at the end of level1.py. The same logic is applied at the end of level 2, with the last level beginning the game from the start. I've also saved settings like game difficulty and volume in a "settings.py" file, so as to use the same values across all the levels. The write method has been used to make changes to the settings.py file whenever a setting is changed in-game (the settings can be changed in any level).
The problem arises when I try to convert this project into an executable. Basically, I want to do two things:

2021.10.17 17:56 FunkyMonkey1360 How to Install and Configure Azure AD Connect for Sync with Active Directories
As you all know Active Directory is something pretty much all companies use these days and now it's no longer just on on-premises for a lot of companies. A lot of companies currently have what we called a "Hybrid Active Directory" which means they still have the old traditional Active Directory on-premises BUT, they now also have Active Directory in the cloud on Azure.
Most companies want the best of both worlds plus if you run both at the same time you get extra benefits like High Availability and Fault Tolerance.
What most do is they Synchronize their on-premises Active Directory with the one they have in the cloud on Microsoft Azure. This is achieved by using a tool called the "Azure AD Connect" tool. There are obviously a few things you need to do before and after running the tool.
Here I explain the concept and also do a demonstration on how you can go about getting this tool and actually using it. I hope this clears some things up for those wondering how it's done
